Lekin baad me ek practical challenge samne aaya.
Unke plot ke front side me dusre owner ka plot tha aur road access ka issue create ho gaya, jiske wajah se pehle wale floor plan me modification karna pada.
Pehla design bhi approximately 1500 sq ft duplex concept par based tha aur kaafi attractive tha, lekin site condition aur access problem ko dekhte hue planning ko dubara optimize kiya gaya.
