This farmhouse was designed for a doctor from Jharkhand who wanted a home away from the noise, traffic and pollution of the city. Soch simple thi - shehar se door, nature ke beech ek aisa farmhouse jahan poora parivaar saath mein waqt bita sake. The farmhouse is located in Bharno, Gumla, surrounded by nature and away from city noise and pollution. The client requested a farmhouse with modern architecture, lots of bedrooms, natural light, fresh air, and well-planned spaces. The idea was to build a comfortable residence where the family could enjoy the outdoors and spend time together. This fan-shaped farmhouse was designed by Bhuvi Homes to make the best use of the site and the client’s needs. The ground floor has a large living room, dining area, separate kitchen and two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms and closets. The first floor has another master bedroom with an attached bathroom and pantry, along with beautiful mountain views. With 3D home design, the client could see the Modern Farmhouse Exterior & Interior before construction started. Bhuvi Homes created the complete farmhouse design using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit, showing the exterior, room layout, interiors and furniture placement. This helped the client understand how the final space would look and feel.
