Client ka idea sirf ek building banana nahi tha, balki aise comfortable homes create karna tha jahan families ko ghar aakar sukoon mile. The project is planned on a 1,700-square-foot plot with seven floors, with a mix of 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. Har floor ko smartly plan kiya gaya hai taaki space ka sahi use ho aur homes comfortable aur practical rahen. The main focus was smart space planning, modern apartment design and comfortable living. Saath hi, design ko aise plan kiya gaya hai ki property future mein bhi good value maintain kare. The biggest challenge was making the best use of the available space without compromising on ventilation, parking or comfort. Har square foot ko carefully plan karna zaroori tha so that the apartments feel spacious and practical. The project also needed Vastu-based planning along with a modern and premium exterior design. The aim was to create a building that is comfortable to live in and also makes a strong first impression. Bhuvi Homes ne iss building ko smart space planning aur comfortable living ko dhyan mein rakhkar design kiya. The first floor has 1 × 2BHK and 1 × 3BHK, while the second and third floors have 2 × 2BHK apartments each. Har Layout ko Vastu, Fresh air aur easy space use ko dhyan me rakh kar banaya hai Building ke exterior me off-white colour, wood-finish details aur beige louvers ka use kiya gaya. Takki Building ko simple and premium look mile Better Planning ke liye Bhuvi homes ne AutoCAD, SketchUp aur Revit ka use karke construction se pehle 3D exterior aur interior design banaya. Isse client ko pehle hi samajh aa gaya ki final building kaisi dikhegi. Final design mein smart space planning, 2BHK & 3BHK layouts, Vastu planning aur premium exterior design ko simple aur practical way mein combine kiya gaya.
