Bhuvi Homes at Expo Utsav 2026: A Week We Will Always Remember
Bhuvi Homes at Expo Utsav Start from 1st to 7th October 2026, Ranchi’s Morabadi Ground turned into a busy, colorful marketplace of ideas, products and people. We were there too, with a stall, a team full of energy, and one simple goal: to tell the people of Ranchi that building a home does not have to be stressful.
This blog is our story of Bhuvi Homes at Expo Utsav 2026: the people we met, the questions we answered and what we learned along the way.
What Is the JCI Expo, and Why Is It So Special?
The JCI Expo is one of the biggest business and lifestyle events in the North East region of India, and this year was its 29th edition. Over seven days, more than 400 stalls showcased products across:
- Lifestyle and home decor
- Fashion
- Technology
- Real estate
The expo also had an international touch, with participants from Thailand, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, among other places. For many visitors it was a chance to see global brands without leaving Ranchi.
An Automobile Showcase for Car Lovers
The automobile zone drew big crowds, with well-known brands such as BMW, MG, Renault, Mahindra, Mini and Mercedes on display. Families, young people and car enthusiasts all found something to admire.
The People Behind the Expo
This year’s edition was led by JCI President Mr. Abhishek Jain and Chief Coordinator Prashant Patodia, whose hard work was visible in every corner of the ground. The expo was inaugurated by the Governor, Mr. Gangwar, which made the opening even more special.
Our Place at the Exhibitors’ Hangar
The expo had separate hangars for different purposes. The Exhibitors’ Hangar focused mainly on real estate and large corporate companies, including names like TATA Solar, GC Ceramics, Ananda Builders, Symphony Cooler, Panchratna Skyline.
We were proud to have our stall in this hangar. We stood alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, and it felt like a real recognition of the work Bhuvi Homes has been doing.
What We Showcased at Our Stall
We wanted visitors to see our work, not just hear about it. Our stall featured:
- Our best architectural designs
- Photos of completed construction projects
- Completed interior design projects
- A VR experience of a home we designed
Many visitors told us they appreciated seeing real finished work rather than only promises.
Walk Inside Your Home Before It Is Built: The VR Experience
The VR headset was easily the biggest attraction at our stall.
Visitors put on the headset and stepped inside a house we had designed, without a single brick being laid. They walked through the rooms, looked around and imagined their own family living there. Many of them laughed, got excited and called their friends over to try it.
It was fun, but it is also genuinely useful. When you can see and walk through your home before construction begins, you can make changes early and build with more confidence and fewer surprises.
